1. About These Terms

AngSimi is an online platform operated by an individual in India. References to "AngSimi", "we", "us" or "our" mean the AngSimi service and its operator.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms and the policies linked on the website. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant service.

These Terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

You must be legally permitted to use the service and make any purchase you initiate. Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent, that requirement must be met.

Some features may require you to sign in. Where Google Sign-In is provided, authentication may be handled through Google and Firebase Authentication.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when required, protecting access to your account and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity.

Do not share passwords, authentication codes, OTPs or other confidential account credentials with anyone.

3. Use of Website Tools

AngSimi provides the tools and features described on the website. Available features, supported file formats, usage limits and requirements may differ from one tool to another.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for an unlawful purpose.
• Upload or process content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to compromise website security or disrupt service.
• Bypass account requirements, usage limits or access controls.
• Use the service to infringe another person's rights.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website.
• Misrepresent your identity or engage in payment fraud.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action where permitted by law.

4. Uploaded Files and User Content

You retain any rights you already have in files or content that you submit, subject to the rights of other parties. You are responsible for ensuring that you are allowed to upload and process that content.

You authorize AngSimi and any relevant service providers used by a tool to process submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested function, maintain security and operate the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

File-processing methods, temporary storage and deletion practices may vary by tool. Do not assume that every file is processed entirely in your browser or deleted immediately after processing. Review any tool-specific instructions before submitting sensitive content.

You should retain your own copy of important source files and results. Unless a particular feature expressly provides otherwise, do not rely on AngSimi as your only storage or backup service.

5. Premium Plans and Pricing

AngSimi may offer paid Premium plans that provide the features, access period or usage benefits described on the relevant purchase page.

Before paying, review the displayed price, currency, plan duration, included features, applicable limits and any other purchase conditions.

The purchase page and checkout information applicable to your order form part of the purchase terms, provided they are consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

AngSimi's Premium plans are intended to be one-time purchases where the checkout clearly identifies the purchase as a one-time payment. A one-time purchase does not by itself authorize recurring charges.

6. Payment Processing and Premium Activation

Payments may be processed through Razorpay and its supported payment methods. The payment provider and relevant financial institutions may apply their own terms, verification procedures and processing timelines.

Premium access is subject to successful server-side payment verification. Starting checkout, closing the payment window, returning to the website or receiving a browser message does not alone prove that payment was successfully completed.

If money appears to have been debited but Premium access is not available, contact support with your account email, order or payment reference, amount and transaction date. We will review the transaction and take appropriate steps based on the verified payment status and applicable provider procedures.

Never send your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password or OTP to AngSimi support.

7. Failed, Pending or Duplicate Payments

A payment may remain pending, fail, be declined or require further processing by a payment provider or financial institution.

If you see a debit without Premium activation, or suspect that you were charged more than once, contact us with the relevant transaction references. We will review available records and, where appropriate, coordinate with the payment provider or follow its applicable process.

Do not repeatedly make payments for the same purchase while the first transaction's status is unclear. Check the transaction status or contact support first.

8. Refunds and Cancellation

Refund requests are reviewed according to the published Refund, Cancellation and Payment Policy, the verified payment details, the circumstances of the request and applicable law.

Situations that may be reviewed include a completed payment without Premium activation, a duplicate charge or an incorrect charge. The outcome depends on the transaction evidence and applicable requirements.

Cancellation and refunds are not necessarily the same. The effect of a cancellation depends on the plan terms and whether a recurring arrangement was explicitly offered and accepted.

Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or other right that you are legally entitled to receive.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to maintain a useful and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, provider outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Features, supported formats, limits and plans may change over time. Where required, material changes to paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.

10. Results and User Responsibility

Results produced by online tools may require review or correction. You are responsible for checking whether an output is suitable for your intended purpose before relying on it.

Unless expressly stated for a particular feature, AngSimi does not promise that every result will be error-free, complete or suitable for every use case.

You should maintain appropriate backups and independently verify important information, especially where errors could cause significant loss or harm.

11. Intellectual Property

The website's original design, branding, text and other materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website in accordance with these Terms but may not copy, redistribute or exploit protected materials without authorization, except where permitted by law.

You remain responsible for respecting the intellectual property and other rights associated with files or content you upload.

12. Third-Party Services

AngSimi may rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting or particular features. Their services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies and availability conditions.

We are not responsible for independent third-party practices to the extent permitted by applicable law. This clause does not remove any legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, material breaches of these Terms or other legitimate operational concerns.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue. Any suspension or termination involving paid access will be handled subject to applicable law and the relevant purchase and refund terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AngSimi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from ordinary use or inability to use the service. This wording does not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections, remedies for legally non-excludable liability or other rights that applicable law preserves.

Users should independently review important outputs, retain appropriate backups and avoid relying on a website tool as the sole safeguard for important data.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled in connection with accounts, uploaded files, tool usage and payment verification.

By using the relevant features, you should review the Privacy Policy and any additional notices presented by a particular tool or third-party provider.

16. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to operate subject to the laws applicable in India. Disputes will be handled through the processes and forums available under applicable law.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections applicable to you.
