AngSimi does not need your Google account password to identify you through Google Sign-In. Never send your Google password or one-time authentication codes to customer support.

When you submit a file to an AngSimi tool, the file or relevant content may need to be processed to provide the requested result.

The processing method can depend on the individual tool. A tool may process content in the browser, send content to an AngSimi-controlled server, or use a third-party processing service. The actual method for each tool must be confirmed from its implementation.

Depending on the tool, temporary files, generated output or technical records may be created. Their storage location and retention period depend on the relevant implementation and configuration.

Before publishing this policy, the operator must confirm which tools upload files to the server or third parties, where files are stored, who can access them and when they are deleted. Any tool-specific notice should accurately explain those details.

Payments may be handled through Razorpay. During a payment, Razorpay and relevant payment networks or financial institutions may process payment information according to their own terms, privacy notices and legal obligations.

To create an order, verify a payment and provide the purchased service, AngSimi may handle transaction information such as an order ID, payment ID, selected plan, amount, currency, payment status and related verification records.

Payment-card details, UPI credentials and other sensitive payment information should be entered only into the authorized payment provider's checkout interface when requested. Never send your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password or OTP to AngSimi support.

Premium access should be granted only after the payment has been verified by the server according to the site's payment verification process. A checkout window closing or a browser redirect alone does not establish that payment was successful.

For payment problems, contact angsimipdftools@gmail.com with the account email, order or payment reference, date and amount. Do not include secret payment credentials.
