What is a QR code?
A QR code is a scannable pattern that can contain a website link, text, email address, phone number or Wi-Fi connection details.
How do I create a QR code?
Select the type, enter the information, choose your size and colors, then click Generate QR Code. Once generation succeeds and the server records it, the Download PNG button appears.
How do I download my QR code?
After successful generation, click Download PNG. If the button is not visible, generation may not have finished or an error may have occurred.
Can I create a QR code for Wi-Fi?
Yes. Select Wi-Fi, enter the exact network name and choose the matching security type. Enter a password if your network requires one.
Does this QR code expire?
The QR image itself does not have an expiry date. A website link will only work while its destination remains available, and Wi-Fi details work while the network settings remain valid.
Is this QR code generator free?
Free usage is checked against your AngSimi account's server-side plan and usage information. Premium access is checked from the server, not from a browser-only counter.
Is my entered content saved on AngSimi?
This page generates QR codes in your browser. It does not intentionally send the QR content to the conversion-recording endpoint. Avoid putting sensitive information into a QR code that other people may scan.
Why is my QR code not generating?
Check your internet connection because the QR-generation library loads from a CDN. If it still fails, reload the page and try shorter content. The page will display an error if generation or server recording fails.
Can I change the QR code colors?
Yes. Choose the foreground and background colors before generating the code. For reliable scanning, keep strong contrast between the colors.
